Warmup - assault bike, plyos, barbell warmup

Strength - A) Clean + Front Squat - 95/1+1, 135/1+1, 165/1+1, 185/1+1, 205/1+1, 225/1+f, 215/1+1

//225 clean was a pleasant surprise. Maybe my strength is coming back a little faster than I thought?

B) DB Bent Row - 50/12,12,12 ea arm
