I went to the gym yesterday, felt so good on the treadmill I must have almost overdone it. Along with still having sore arms today, my legs felt tired too.
When I got in the gym pool yesterday, I truly felt like just getting right out, my arms were so tired. I did 900 yards and felt pretty cooked.
