Warmup - rowing, med ball warmup, barbell warmup

Strength - Hang Clean + Power Jerk - 95/3+1, 115/3+1, 135/3+1, 155/3+1, 175/3+1, 195/3+1, 205/3+1

Conditioning - EMOM 16
1 - 10 power jerk 120#
2 - 12 cal assault bike
3 - wall walk + 12 shoulder taps
4 - 15 med ball cleans 20#

Worked up a heck of a sweat on that one!
