Tweaked a hamstring playing softball yesterday and left shoulder has been a little bum, so went a bit lighter today.

Strength - A1) Suitcase Deadlift - 110/12x3 ea side
A2) Parallette tuck hold - 30s x 3

Conditioning - 10 rounds
5 DB PP 40# ea hand
10 ring rows
20 double unders
