Strength - A) Shoulder Press - 45/5, 75/5, 95/5,5,13
B) Reverse Lunges - 95/10,10,10 ea leg

Conditioning -

2x{20 cal assault bike
7 hang PSn 95#}
7:45

GPP phase of the year is progressing nicely - I'm very sore from the past couple weeks but feel like I'm getting some of my athleticism back!
