Warmup - rowing, stretches, med ball warmup

Strength - Deadlift - 45/5, 135/4, 225/4, 275/4, 300/4,4,4,4,12

Conditioning - Tabata intervals (20 sec on/10 sec off), 8 rounds per exercise
Pullups - 8x8
Pushups - 8,9,9,9,8,8,8,8
Situps - 12,12,12,12,12,12,12,13
Squats - 15,15,16,16,16,16,16,22
