Today is the last day the city pool will be open this year.It will re-open January 5, 2009. For the next 5 weeks I will be swimming at a hotel pool. It's hot and not very clean and it sucks.
Oh well! I'll be doing a lot of spinning, weights, and yoga during the next month.
Spinning at noon today for about 45 minutes. Will do weights tonight. Off tomorrow.
