50 EZ after each set of 3
1 x 50 back AFAP w/fins (24ish)
I may head to the gym later to do the dreaded RC exercises and sit in the steam room. My shoulder is finally feeling better. That 100 fly set me back for awhile, as I knew it would. Or I may succumb to taper laziness and attempt to do them at home.
Taper bitchies have definitely hit. I had tantrums over lost keys, ungrateful child, printer not working, etc.
Tomorrow is a rest day. Well, sort of, I am going to the All Star meet, which I hope goes well so there is no ensuing drama. lol.
I also need to get my act together over Nats a bit. I haven't even looked at the timeline. Ande would be appalled!
I did purchase some back up goggles and a new suit today. No, not a tech suit. Just a run of the mill practice suit. It's the Nike cut out suit. First Nike suit I've ever had, but it seemed to fit well. And it's light blue -- the THT color!
