I begin my journey to Indy today with a drive to Boise this afternoon. Will catch an early flight out of Boise tomorrow and anticipate arrival in Indy around 5:00 p.m.
300 swim free and back
200 kick on back, dolphin and flutter
200 IM drill
3 x 50 on 1:30 drill/build
9 x 25 on 45 in sets of 3:
fast/easy, easy/fast, easy
(did 1-3 fly, 4-6, back, the rest free
3 x 25 off blocks: fast start and breakout,
easy to wall
400 easy free and back
Total: 1750 meters
