    What do you do during the intervals, Ande? Perhaps it is because I train on my own and have no one to talk to or perhaps it is because I am slightly hyperactive, but I just can't sit around at the end of the lane for 2 and a half minutes. I often do a set of 6 x 200. I descend 1, 3 and 5, but instead of resting at the end of the lane I almost immediately go into a really slow 200 which is my form of active rest. Then I wait another 30 sec's and do the next fast one.
