Hit the weight room for a very light workout today. Has been 3.5 weeks since I have done weights, so started out very light.
Bench press: 65 x 15
Lat hi row: 90 x 15
Triceps press: 30 x 15
Alt. hammer curls: 10 x 15
Leg press: 150 x 15
Calf raises: 50 x 15
Push-ups: 1 set of 15
Bicycle crunches: 1 set of 50
Good morning darlings: 1 set of 50
Basic crunches: 1 set of 50
Side crunches: 2 sets of 25
Back extensions: 1 set of 15
Torso twists: 1 set of 50
Toe raises: 3 sets of 10
