Weights and yoga

This morning I did a 60 minute weights class called Body Pump. This is the 3rd time I've done this and I hope to be able to do it twice weekly over the next several months leading up to Nationals. The class is kind of girly but it's fun and fast paced done to music and I like it better than hangin' out in the weight room with all the muscle heads.
Tonight I'll do an hour of yoga.
