Today I decided to challenge myself and not use anything but a kickboard during the workout.
500 Free every 3rd 25 drill, 2 fly skull, 2 double arm back, and 2 breast skull

3x100@1:25 Free I made them all!
200 Breast kick

Total 3500 yards
This evening I swam with the girls for the first part then pulled out before the hard stuff even though I could probably do it, I wanted them to be able to have the lanes without me in it.
