Just felt slow and sluggish today, I think yesterday really took alot out of me and my muscles.

10x50 from block sprint 20 yards then cruise seemed ok but not much energy available 2 really bad starts I call them thigh slappers! OUCH!

Total 3000 yards
Did about 400 yards with the kids tonight. Not really in the mood to swim again tonight.
