Again I slept in so I didn't get to swim until after work. It was a good workout and I enjoyed being outside.

SCM, solo

300 swim free
300 IM drill
kick with fins: 8 x 25 on :45, 10 fly kicks underwater on side, kick the rest of the way fly on your back
(:45 I was making about 1/2 length, 15 kicks before surfacing did these at about 22 sec.)
100 easy
swim 3 x 100 on 2:00 smooth: odds all free, #2 IM
(went 1:26-1:36-1:26)

kick, no fins; 8 x 25 on 1:00: 10 fly kicks underwater on side, kick the rest of the way fly on your back
(kept the interval and # of kicks did these in just under 30)
100 easy

swim 3 x 100 on 2:00 smooth: odds IM, #2 free
(went 1:37-1:29-1:39)

pull 6 x 50 on :55 breathe every 5; make the interval and the breathing pattern
(ave. 45 on these, made the breathing on all)
300 easy swim down
