Swimming, Life, and Other Stuff!

I made it to the pool again tonight! I swam at LA Fitness solo. I stayed true to my word and did a short workout consisting of mostly fly and back. I had to hurry and finish by 6:00 pm, a huge aqua-noodler class takes the pool over for their workout.
I've been doing a 12 hole putt-putt course I made up this past week in PE! It's fun for the kids and since our school is so flu-ridden I was attempting to find something that wouldn't get them all coughing all over the place. It worked! I had all the 3rd-5th graders score their round and I've created par for all holes. I did a flip video tour of the course. I may try to post it tomorrow if I get started a little earlier.
Here is my workoout for tonight:

*12 X 50 free on 1:00 (bi-lateral 3 or 5 stroke breaths, glide before catch)
*12 X 25 on :30 (focus as above)
*4 X 50 flutter kick on 1;20 no fins
*200 IM rest :30
*4 X 25 Fly on :30 (1 down/2 up breathing)
*4 X 50 dolphin kick on back w/zommers 1;00
*4 X 25 Fly on :40 (2 down/2 up breathing)
*200 IM rest :30
*6 X 50 Backstroke on 1;00 (turns were tough, no flags)
*8 X 25 Backstroke on :40 (attempting to dolphin off the wall) maybe I need a nose plug?

*200 IM :30 rest
*2 X 100 IM first one hard, rest :30, second one ez cool-down.
2,800 yards

Tomorrow Team Nasti starts indoor SCY practice. I am ready to move indoors!
