How has your weight progress been lately? Have you been increasing weights? That bench press is impressive.

How's the diet going? Any progress toward skinnier streamlines?

    Hi Leslie,

Weight progress as in weigh training?
It's OK, it frustrates me that I'm not as strong as I was in my late 20's/ early 30's. I am where I am & I'm not injured.
It's critical to get stronger over the next 6 weeks.

I haven't been doing good with my diet & weight, I got down to 211 a few weeks ago then gained some. It would be great to weigh under 210 at Long Beach.
I'll weigh in on Friday after practice.

Are you still working with stretch cords?

    Leslie,

    Are you using them?

I haven't done BANDS in a while, had some injuries this summer. They build explosiveness & power in my stroke. I might try training with them again. I am doing lat press.

No, I haven't used them. Something else to consider in my explosiveness plan.
