    right middle finger felt fine
    Overuse injuries suck, but at least they heal fast.

    Interesting kick strategy. Looks like it works pretty well.

    Glad your finger is better. I'm getting ready to have mine slammed this weekend with my 4 50s & 4 25s. Happens every year at this meet.

    20 x 50 fast from the blocks sounds hard ...

    I smashed my finger on a touch, not really over use repetitive movement
    shoulda done a light 6 beat kick

    Jerry Heidenreich used to always tell me to swim through the wall. Jammed my fingers a few times, but hey, anything for a faster time.
