New Year...New Goals

On Sunday afternoon, with overcast skies, we finally made it to a pool that was open. It was LCM and a beautiful pool with crystal clear water and palm trees surrounding it. It rained a little, and we saw an incredible rainbow. There's nothing like swimming backstroke looking at palm trees and a rainbow.

400 IM (25 right, 25 left, 25 drill, 25 swim)
100 easy

100 easy at end of workout

3100 meters all pretty easy

Back home now, travelled all day yesterday so didn't workout. Hope to spin at lunch today.
