Very light workout today. Just enough to get warm and loose.

SCY, Solo

Swim 300 free & back
Kick 200 on back alt dolphin/flutter by 50
Drill 6 x 50 drill, 2 each fly-back-free

4 x 50 back build on 1:15... build to fast
(these were around 37-38)

200 easy

4 x 25 fast choice from blocks, walk back
(1 & 3 back, around :16, 2 fly :14, 4 free 13)

swim down 600 easy free and back

Total: 1900 yards
