60 minute spin class.
75 minutes in the gym doing weights, core, RC work and stretching. I've been adding sit-ups on the incline bench. They're getting easier. I was admiring Patrick's commitment to the Jason Lezak sprint program. I'm going to have to look at that more closely.
On the hypochondriasis front, my left shin is twingey near the inside of my ankle. This is where I previously had a stress fracture. When I get this twingey feeling, it either means I ran too much or need new running shoes. lol
