Long, long day today at school.
Afterwards I went to LA Fitness to swim. The water was dreadfully hot so I took the sissy route and cut the swim short. Here's what I did:
*500 Free Swim, followed by / 4 X 125 on 2:15
*400 Free Swim, followed by/4 X 100 Back on 2:00
*300 Free Swim, followed by /4 X 75 IM roll 15 sec rest
*200 free swim, followed by /4 X 50 free on 1:00
*100 free swim followed by/ 4 X 25 fly on :45
At this point I was looking for an ice bath to jump in to so I quit and went home!
