Couldn't get to the pool...went biking instead
15 minute warmup ride
5 X uphill sprints of 25 seconds
2 minutes rest between
15 minute cool down ride
I think this was a good alternative to swimming today because I was not able to lift with my legs yesterday as planned. I selected 25 second sprints because I'm swimming mostly 50s at the meet on Oct 11th. Felt like tossing my lunch after 3,4, & 5.
