Back to the routine...

Monday- No workout, travelled back from Hawaii.
Tuesday- No workout, spent all day trying to figure out what time zone I was in.
Wednesday- 1 hour spin class, upper body weights.
Thursday am- 40 minute run on treadmill.
Thursday pm- will likely swim tonight if the office holiday party doesn't get too crazy.
