    Jump rope! Is that new?

I am interested in researching the effects of jumping rope on swimming without having to do it myself. Is this something you are planning on continuing?

I've been meaning to get it started for awhile now. I plan to continue it for the next few months. Kind of a good time to start it as I'd like to get rid of the 2 or 3 pounds I've put on over the holidays.

I like doing it as at least a warm-up. I used this in college as part of my pre-swim dryland work.

I think it helps with stamina and leg power off blocks and turns.
