    Nice job on making the 100s on 1:05. Does anyone put on paddles when the interval gets that low. At 1:05, I would have.

    Hi Ande!

    Lets' all get back in shape during these next weeks
    What a great holiday season it has been... I believe we worked pretty hard all year and deserved a little decadence at Christmas!

    I'm not sure that even if I put on someone's BIG finz that I could have made 2 X 100 on the 1:00 - ha ha!

    I'm working on some resolutions this week and will run them by you!

    Hey TJRPatt,

    thanks, I barely made them

    When intervals get tough some of my lane mates break out the toys. paddles, pull bouys, & fins. sometimes I rest up, throw on a speed suit or start from a dive but not today

    Tyler and Marcio got ahead of me on the 2 x 100
    I planned to go out smooth then turn it on for the 2nd 100

    I did all the 100's free & did the 40 x 25 flutter kick, Tyler kicked beside me, he started trying to hold 17's on the last round of 25's so I picked up my effort
