(did these as odds, dolphin kick face down, evens dolphim kick on back. On fast 25s, went IM order)

Noon:
30 minutes of spinning at the gym.

Evening:
Went to the gym and did 3 mi on treadmill.
1/4 mi walk to warmup
2-1/2 mi run
1/4 mi walk to cool
