A comfort swimmer's guide to easy swimming

Since I'm not swimming I don't have a whole lot to post here so I'll combine the past few days into this one.

Saturday 12/20 - Early morning weights class at the gym.

Sunday - nothing

Monday 12/22 - 45 minute spin class at the gym during my lunch break. Shovel snow.

Tuesday 12/23 - early morning weights class at the gym. Shovel snow.

I'll be spending Christmas in Boise with my daughter's family so will get the chance to swim with my club, Sawtooth Masters, on Friday and Saturday. It's been so long since I've been in the water I'll probably die big time.
