4x100 kick on back w/5-10 sec. rest
4 x 50 w/10 sec. rest, max. distance per stroke choice
(odds free, 13-14 spl; evens back, 15-16 spl)

swim 2 x 200 on 3:20 free smooth
swim 6 x 75 free on 1:15: build each 75 to about 85%

take 30 sec. rest

swim 2 x 200 back on 3:30 smooth
swim 6 x 75 back on 1:20: build each 75 to 85%

kick 4 x 50 w/15 sec. rest, evens fast

swim down 100 easy

Total: 3000 yards
