    That's a long practice, Floyd, and more yardage than you're used to doing. Beats the hotel pool by a mile! Great job.

    It was so great to be in a real pool. And I was surprised that I was able to get through it without bonking. I was a bit slower than normal, about 5 sec/100 than when I last swam in November. I guess the spinning, yoga and weights helped me to not loose too much.
