(which surprised me, didn't think I was or could go that fast today)

    That's a great 50. Way to go!!

    Why are they giving away medals? Kind of cheapens the one I earned by working my tail off. Particularly, taking into account that 2 years ago was the first time I even made the NQT's.

    Nice 50 back! I guess all that aerobic work hasn't killed your speed!

    Your group covers a good amount of yardage in 90 minutes.

    The 50 back fast is from the blocks? as a regular dive?
    Or from the gutter (as a typical backstroke start)?

    Either way, that's just so incredibly fast.
