Sprinting and kicking

200 free swim
200 IM alt. kick/drill by 25
400 pull alt. 100 free/100 back

12 x 25 on 45: odds free, evens back; on all 25s go 12.5 kicking underwater, then swim the rest of the way at about 75%

pull 2 x 200 back smooth w/30 sec. rest: hold stroke count
( went 3:10, 3:05)

kick 12 x 25 on :40 as 3x around
{(did round 1-2 free w/board, 3-4 on back)
#1 at 75% (free - 26, back - 30)
#2 at 85% (free - 24, back - 27)
#3 at 95% (free - 22, back - 25)
#4 all out (free <20, back <22 )}

swim 2 x 200 back smooth w/30 sec. rest: hold stroke count the same on both, but make #2 faster than #1
(went 3:02, 2:57 )
50 easy choice

swim 8 x 25 on 1:00 all out: odds free off blocks, evens back
(free was 14-15, on back was 15-16)

swim down 250 easy choice
