    How's the backstroke feeling? Got any recent video you can post?

    Tom - I wish I had a good camera that I could use to film and post my stroke(s). I hope to have one soon but I'm still looking. The backstroke feels pretty good considering I was away from the pool for almost 6 weeks. And my workout times are already coming close to what I was doing before so that's good news.
