Tried to do a bit different this am:
500 K with fins.
2 x 100 P Snorkel, paddles and fins.
2 x 100 S Snorkel and paddles.
8 x 25 off block 1:00 1 & 8 no breathers.
4 x 50 EZ
200 K with fins.
Feeling a bit tired.
