Good Swim training shop around Atlanta?

I have recently joined Masters swimming after over 10 years away from it and have been using the "community" gear at the pool. I would like to go ahead and get my own sack full of stuff so I dont have to wear fins that are too small or have a "left" paddle on each hand.

I looked at the Speedo website and they seem to have a few nice things like the pull buoy and the paddles, however I think I would like to try on a number of these things before ordering/buying.

Ideally I am looking for a local shop that has a wide selection of the major brands (Speedo, Tyr, etc etc) and I would like to be able to try on the various fin/paddle sizes.

I live in Norcross, GA, but work in Buckhead, so anywhere within 50 miles of north 285 would probably be fine.

Finally, can anyone recommend some of the "ergonomic" paddles? The simple plastic board with holes will probably do, but if there is actually one made to fit the grooves in your hand and not pinch the fingers, I would be interested.

Here are the ones I was looking at on the Speedo website, if any of you has experience with any of them:

    Power Paddle:

    BioFUSE Power Paddle:

    BioFUSE Finger Paddle:

Power Paddle (hand strap is larger than first):

    Thanks all!

My mother runs all the Kastaway Swimwears in Atlanta. Give her or my brother a call or look for the best location on their website

    www.kastawayswimwear.com

or 770.579.1908 ask for Sue or my brother, Matt.

funny you should mention this, I just today realized after practice that there is a small Kastaway shop at the pool I train at (Dynamo Chamblee). I will stop by there when they are open and will also try one of the retail locations.

    Thx!
