Jason Lezak Swim Clinics in Arizona

We are pleased to announce that multiple Olympian and multiple Gold Medal winner Jason Lezak is coming to Arizona! He will be conducting clinics, speaking about his swimming experiences, and helping raise money to save a men's college swim team. It should be a fun-filled weekend for all involved.

There will be three clinics this November featuring Jason Lezak. On Saturday November 22nd he will have a clinic at Brophy (Phoenix) and another one at ASU (Tempe). Afterwards he will speak at a "Save ASU Men's Swimming" event on campus. The following day, Jason will host a brunch at Skyline Masters (Tucson) in the morning and conduct a clinic in the afternoon.

We are in the midst of finalizing details and times. When these are set they will be posted on the Arizona Masters website (www.azlmsc.org) and there will be a sign-up web form for each clinic.

If you plan on attending the Skyline Masters event in Tucson, go to this URL and sign-up:

    See you there!

Everyone who missed these clinics missed a special experience. It was very fun, motivating and informative to hear directly from Jason. I really appreciated his candor; hearing his stories of meets and relay swims over the years was wonderful.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND other master's teams or LMSCs to see if you can get Jason to come by. His experience, training regimen and down-to-earth nature will be highly relevant to master's swimmers, regardless of what you're trying to attain in your swimming.

THANKS, DOUG and whoever else worked to make this happen.

Gah, so I only just find out this morning that he's coming to Marin (an hour and a half north of me). 40 spots left.

Is it worth it? Can I possibly find out if he's coming to a pool closer by?

I think you should go (if he isn't coming closer), and do an article for Men's Health.
