I have a craftsman push mower that burns oil. Luckily, there is plenty of used oil from my cars that I fill it up with. lol.

Re: What are the cars/bikes/cycles you drive?

I have a corded electric mower. I have only run over the extension cord once in four years, but it's a constant threat. My neighbors get a kick out of seeing me hurl the cord around as I'm mowing. However, I don't have a shed so there's no really good place to store a gas can. I actually mowed my back yard on Sunday but I'm hoping I still have another month or so before mowing has to be done on a regular basis. I hate it!

Ha Ha HA It makes me laugh to read all this about mowers. My daughter & son in law just bought a house. I always told him that I would give him our mower . Now I can get a new Honda mower ! Cool !!

I'm looking for a new mower, what type should I go with? I have about 3500 ft of lawn and mow about twice a week. Something that is durable and mulches well.

I got the oil in my car changed and the tires rotated yesterday. It wasn't the most reassuring thing to hear the oil change guy say that he couldn't drive stick shift. At least he admitted it and someone else drove it over to the bay.

One time at a different place they told me it was time to change my automatic transmission fluid.

I think I found Wookiees new car license plate. Since he doesn't live in Louisiana, I'm sure this one's available for him in his home state.

We're participating in that annual motoring event, The Saskatoon Slalom.
This is where you try to drive from one end of the city to another without any of your wheels touching down in a pothole. If you drive a Fiat 500 or a Smartcar, you get extra points for going through the Harry Bailey Aquatic Center parking lot without being swallowed whole by one of the craters.

L O L !! That sounds like a fun contest! We could also hold that in Chicagoland with our "drive thru" potholes that we have.

Re: What are the cars/bikes/cycles you drive?

The Saskatoon Slalom reminded me of a story. I used to live in Fairbanks, Alaska. They have something called the ice bridge. The Chena River freezes and you can just drive across it - it's actually in a location that saves you a fair bit of time when you can do this. When I moved there I assumed that the public works department or some other organization was monitoring the ice thickness and would close it when it was too thin. Nope! The way you know it's too thin is that every spring someone's car breaks through the ice. That's when you know not to use it any more.

Not sure! The A T I hb works fine - now that it is in. Now on to the search for new rotors, do I get drilled like the oem ones on my z-51 2006 vette or just cheap out & get reg.flat surface ones?

OH spring wherefore art thou?? I picked up my gold wing from the dealer storage on fri. It was 42 & slight rain on the way home. Drove it into it's side barn next to the house & closed the doors & made myself a cup of hot coffee. I'll wait till it gets into the 60's before I ride.
