    Colorado pro tour bike race is going on the end of Aug. It is fun to watch racers on our home soil. WHAT????? They stopped the race for bad road conditions on the dirt when it was raining after they made it to the paved road?? Then, they started up after a short while.HUH??

    I really wanted Jens Voight to win this stage but, he was caught 700 meters from the line. A great racer till the end.

    T J is still in the yellow jersey & he did a record setting TT. That should hold the lead to the finish! Way to go!

    Re: What are the cars/bikes/cycles you drive?

    I am in need of replacing he gas tank sending unit that tells the gas gauge the amount in the tank cuz mine is empty at 1/4 showing. I am thinking of replacing the gas tank after 38 years on the car. I can replace it with another same type of tank $180 or a stainless steel tank for $220 .The trans Am is a very good driver not a 100 point show car.I am looking at "the parts place" in DeKalb, il or "year one" or "Ames" Thoughts?

    Just got a new Subaru WRX this spring, my second one.

    I have an old Specialized Hard Rock AX-FS mountain bike and just picked up a new Schwinn Fastback 2 road bike a few weeks ago:

    I'm guessing the WRX needs a bike rack now. I like WRX in the old blue, but they a wicked fast in all weather.

    I have a rack for the WRX, haven't used it on yet for fear of marring the pretty new paint. I can easily get a bike in the trunk with the seat folded down. My wife has a Tribecca with racks when we need to take more than one bike; we can get 3 up there.

    I ran the old WRX hard in a lot of different conditions. Here are a few action shots:

    Cool! My son does auto cross & track days with his 370 Z. The only time his is in the dirt is when he kinda misses the track & is off roading to get back to the pavement! Glad to see you drive yours a lot.

    HEY! I just noticed that you are in Illinois. My son goes to the Autobahn in Joliet a lot. Sometimes to Gingerman or Gratten. once to Blackhawk.

    I just watched the F 1 race from Singapore 2014 to lap 59 of 61 when my DVR stopped recording $$#@#&&^$##
    I had look up the results on U tube to find out that Lewis Hamilton passed Ricardo to win & vault to the top of the F 1 standings ;

    Here's my evo 8 with the transmission to the right. Changing the clutch for the 3rd (and last) time. Over half done though.

    Good job - now go out & rev it to 5K & dump it to see if it holds.

    Wish it would snow here - that would be fun.
