A revamped competitive and fitness program in a fun, relaxed, and friendly environment designed for swimmers ages 18 and up. Our mission is to provide workouts designed to meet the individual needs of beginner
swimmers and at the same time also provide preparatory workouts to tri-athletes and swimmers with a competitive background. Our emphases are on personal gains, stroke technique, strength, endurance, and physical fitness. Our goals are to grow the program to a competitive level masters swim team.
To be a part of this program a swimmer must be capable of swimming 100 yards without stopping in any stroke.
