    We used the peg board in college (1989-90) and did pull ups. Didn't use the sled thingy though. Maybe if I wore underarmour I woulda gone faster.

    Looks like secret CrossFit training to me...

    No one at my CrossFit workouts will believe a swimmer trains like this!

    I love it. Would be cool to see some H20 training but emphasis is on dryland work and the UA clothing worn during these workouts.

    I didn't know that combat robots were now being used as gym equipment. The kids these days.
