    Master teams in Augusta

I will be moving to Aiken, SC in late August and have been doing some research online to find clubs in the area. From what I can find, it seems like there are clubs in Augusta but nothing closer to Aiken. Is that the case or have I been missing something? I have been swimming Masters for a long time and really want to join a new team shortly after I am settled in SC. Can anyone tell me what the commute is like from Aiken to Augusta for practice? Also, if you live in SC but swim in GA, do you register in SC or GA? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Greater Augusta would be the team to join in your area which would be under Georgia. You can compete in meets in both states. I usually swim in South Carolina alot since I live south of Savannah. There are only a few SC teams and Aiken does not have a team yet.
