    La Mirada adds Noon-time Masters workout

    For any of you in the whittier/la mirada area looking for a place to swim at lunch, the Splash facility in La Mirada is adding a coached noontime (11:45 to 1:00pm) masters practice in the 50 meter competition pool. Starts September 7th. Bring your sunscreen.
