Anybody else ever try the the Piranhas masters: http://www.piranhasmasters.com/ club out at the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center? If there is anybody out there looking for a place to swim in north Fort Lauderdale / Pompano Beach, it is not too bad a pool... She has nice clean, cool, crisp water. Morning practice is MWF from 6:00am to 8:00am though most people leave at 7:00am, and the pool opens slightly early, say 5:50am. Only complaint is I wish there were some more fast swimmers here...
I have been wanting to try them out for awhile now. I don't think the morning before work is good though because their locker rooms are so very hot. It might be too difficult to get ready for work. Have you been to practices on Tues and Thurs?
I've never been to the afternoon practices on Tuesday/Thursday. I haven't noticed the hot lockers rooms? The locker rooms are a bit run down though. Sure drop on by...at least in the mornings it's a pretty low key affair.
