Finis snorkel - I do all my BR kicking with it, and most of my FR pulling.

My snorkel. I love to swim free with it, especially long course so I can really work on my stroke entry and exit.

Thumbs up Re: Fav equipment ? ?

Just started using a snorkel and have to say it's my new fav! I was starting to have some neck issues so this is a lifesaver.

A piece of PVC pipe, about 18" long for catch-up drills. Trying to correct a hand cross-over issue. Got the idea from SWIMMER a year ago (or so).

When you kick breaststroke this way what do you do with your arms? Do you scull or keep them in a streamlined position?
