Where to Swim in Raleigh-Durham Area

Am relocating to NC, may end up in Wake Forest/North Raleigh area. Will likely join up w/RAM and take advantage of the pools they use for coached workouts, but am also looking for aquatics center (e.g., like a Lifetime Fitness) for swimming on a more flexible schedule. The Lifetime in RTP may be a bit of a drive from Wake Forest area, so trying to find something closer...

Any suggestions?

I'm in Cary, so the pools I've used may still be too far for you in Wake Forest. Anyway, here's a google map I put together of the pools I've used this past year. All of them provide public/guest passes without a monthly or yearly membership.
