Hi everyone, I am trying to make swimming my regular workout after many years pretty much outside the pool. I swam through highschool and had some AA times, and my technique still seems decent, but I get tired and bored very quickly. Can someone point me to recommended workouts - I'd like to start with just an hour. Any tips for returning swimmers? Also the pool I go to has no kickboards or any other equipment (but I'm planning to buy paddles). Many thanks!
