Like the title says.. I'm 20 and attend Valdosta State and have recently gotten very involved again with swimming. Wondering if there are any Masters programs near/in Valdosta?
At the Masters Nationals in Atlanta we had 3 swimmers from Valdosta swim for the Georgia super team. If I remember correctly one was a teach and the other 2 were students.
If you need workouts you can go to the workout section of the forum and select the works you like.
If you are interested in competing you can sign up under the Georgia Super Team GAJA and just affiliate with one of the workout groups for meets.

My son is 18 and he is interested in competing under the Georgia Super Team GAJA...So I would like to know the procedure for signing up for it and also what are the eligibility for signing up..
If your son is a current USMS member in Georgia, then he can contact Bill Lotz our registrar to change his club affiliation to GAJA.
If he is not currently registered, then he can go to the USMS home page, USMS.org, and then click the Join / Renew link and follow the directions to register.
