Not that I'm going to either become a vegan or an ultraman triathlete, but I did enjoy Rich Roll's Finding Ultra (http://www.amazon.com/Finding-Ultra-.../dp/0307952207).

Also currently watching that series. Story is crazy but really good so far! (German Nazis won 2nd world war and are in the USA now ).

I just finished reading Up in the Air by Walter Kirn. My daughter read it a while ago and thought that I might enjoy the story of a man trying to reach one million frequent flier miles. It was an interesting story, although I felt that a chapter or two highlighting a stay in Las Vagas towards the end of the book was a bit unneeded. But perhaps life in "Airworld" is not so foreign after all.
