Re: 4 WR at swedish nationals

Yes it was in Södertälje. Since I have been training for distance and endurance I decided to swim all the individual events

friday night 200 IM, 1500. the 200 was a warm up, my only goal was under 2:30 and I did that. the 1500 was my main event of the weekend and I managed to cut 43s from my oct LCM time. sub 19 now 18:55.82.

sat morning 50 fr, 100 br, 50 back, 100 fly

sat afternoon 100 fr, 200 br, 100 IM, and my biggest challange of the weekend the 200 fly. I finished without being DSQ. 2:49.43

sunday 400 fr (died, usually I have something left for the last 100, but not this time only 2 sec over pb), 50 br 33.95 under 34 was my goal., 100 back and 50 fly. and as a bonus 50 back in the relay.

I only had the two good swims, 1500 and 50 br, but I helped my team to a 3rd place amoung the 73 teams that competed.
