I just recently graduated from massage school and have started working in a chiro's office.

I love the work and hope to do it for a long time. I know that self-care will be really important and I was just wondering if there were any other massage therapists/swimmers here that could fill me in on their swimming/self-care plans that have worked well for you?

I'm thinking about swimming 4-5 days a week, lifting 2x a week (focusing on compound movements ; squats, pull-ups, deadlifts, farmers walk, ect), doing some yoga throughout the week, and resting completely on Sundays to keep myself strong.
